Additional information

If set to 0 ot not set the R5 Router delivers a message to a local user it will obey the Mail Storage preference, and may convert from CD to MIME or MIME to CD depending on the message format and the storage preference.
If this ini variable is set to 1, then the Router will ignore the value of the Mail Sotrage preference and will always deliver the format that it has, with no conversion. This is the same as if you had set all you Person documents to 'No Preference' for this field.
