Add three parameters to your Notes.ini file (client) and restart Notes:

Client_Clock=1
Debug_Outfile=<path\filename>
Debug_Console=1

You will get some additional information in this format:

decode:

(164-5772) - sequential tracking number

OPEN_SESSION - action

443ms - time spent on this task

[24+448=472] - Data sent+data received=total amount of data in bytes.
